1.- Delivery terms
  After placing your order and receiving the payment or us having confirmed the dispatch in the case of Cash on Delivery, your parcel will be sent from our warehouse:
    1) In the case of Correos (The Spanish Post Office), on the following working day (i.e. any day from Monday to Friday except for some regional festival days in Valencia(Spain)) after receiving your payment.
    2) In the case of Seur (A Spanish parcel delivery service), on the same working day if the payment has been made before 1pm. The same condition applies to Cash on Delivery if confirmation by telephone is made before 1pm.

  On some occasions, the packets we send by Correos can leave our warehouse on Saturdays. Later, the carrier will need some time for transportation which is specified on the selected delivery form of dispatch.

  Usually the transport delivery times are as follows:
    - Spanish mainland: 1 working day
    - Balearic Islands (except Formentera): 1 working day
    - Formentera, Ceuta and Melilla: from 3 to 5 working days
    - The Canary Islands: 3-8 working days
    - France: 2-3 working days
    - Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg, The United Kingdom, Holland and Italy: 3-4 working days
    - Rest of Europe: Depending on the country, from 4 to 20 working days
    - Rest of the world: Depending on the country, from 10 to 35 days

  If after this time you have not received your merchandise and no notice from our carrier, you should contact us by sending the contact form or on the following phone numbers 0034 960 711 278 and 0034 699 99 00 70(only Spanish spoken).

  We cannot be responsible for any delay caused by transport companies as there are some inevitable delays, such as accidents, strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.

  If for any reason it is not possible for us to deliver your purchase, we will only be responsible for refunding the full payment of your order to you.

  Deliveries will take place throughout the scheduled day, i.e. there is no possibility to choose the time of delivery. Delivery will be made when the dealer believes it is appropriate, due to its daily route or other reasons. If you write in the comments section when placing your order and you ask to have that delivery at a particular time or you ask to be called before the delivery, these comments will be taken as a suggestion, but not as a condition for the delivery because transport companies do not usually take schedules into account or want to be calling each recipient.

  Depending on the country you live in, there are different types of delivery.
  Depending on the country you live in, and the delivery typ chosen, you will have the option of different methods of payment.

  If your method of payment is through bank transfer, we will reserve the products you chose for four working days. The bank transfer to our account in Spain could take around two working days and in case you do not place your order on line, you have to add the time that you take to go to the bank. Therefore, in order to avoid problems when you buy something on our web through this method of payment you will have to go to your bank on the same day or on the following working day to order the transfer. This way you will be within the delivery terms, even if your transfer takes two or three days. In order for us to know that your transfer has been ordered, you can inform us through the contact form where you will include your name, your order number, the amount and the transfer order date.
  In case we cannot see the sum placed into our account in that period of time we will try to contact you.

  Dollsanddolls will keep informing you about your order status by email. While your order is on its way you will be able to check your order details at the courier company. We will provide a reference number by email for you.

  Below we will explain about the carriers we work with. In some cases, it is possible that we change carrier temporarily without specifying it on our website. The reason why this could happen may be because we are studying the possibility of changing transportation company, or any other cause. Our company reserves the right to change transportation agency without notice even if the customer had already placed the order earlier, in which case it will not affect the price agreed with the customer, or the approximate time of delivery.

2.- Returns
  If you would like to return an item you will have 7 calendar days to inform us about it from the day you received the delivery. In addition, we need you to explain the reason why you would like to return that/those item/s. From the time you inform us about your intention to return the item you purchased, you have approximately the same time period to do it as the time that it took to reach you.

  The product should be in perfect conditions, with its wrapping and original labels.

  We will deal with your refunded amount once we have received and checked the returned merchandise. We will credit your credit card with the amount or, we will refund it through bank transfer if your method of payment was different.

  If the reason of the return was because the goods are damaged (breakage, dents, etc.) or because it is not the item your ordered, we undertake to send you a new one and collect the erroneous or defective item with no charge to you.
  An item will not be considered as defective if the defect is caused in the mold of the manufacturer, since in that case, this is the usual way that that particular manufacturer makes his/her items. A manufacturer may have several molds for the same item, so some times an item may be manufactured with a small imperfection and sometimes not, but this imperfection does not mean that the item is defective.

  The amount returned will only be to the value of the merchandise, not taking into account the cost of transport or the costs in the form of payment. If after eamining the returned product we see that it is damaged by transport or by unsual manufacturing defects or it does not correspond with the order, and if we do not have a product in perfect condition to be able to send you the amount of the refund will be the total invoice.

  In the case that you cancel an order that has already been sent to the transport company, even if you have not received it, you will have to pay the costs of transport (shipping costs and refund costs) and the costs of the form of payment. If the payment has already been made (for example by bank transfer or credit card) the amount of the invoice will be returned less transport costs and the costs of the form of payment (if there were any). If the payment was Cash on Delivery then you must make a payment into our bank account corresponding to the costs of transport and the costs of that form of payment.

  Please do not accept any item if you find its packaging open or the product itself is in a poor condition in the case that the delivery was by Correos. In the case that the delivery was by Seur (or any parcel delivery service)accept it and it is very important that you indicate on the delivery note of the transport company the reason why you think that the packet is not in perfect condition and do not forget to inform us of the incident. In the case of Correos, Once we receive the product you returned we will send you an equal replacement as soon as possible. In the case of Seur you must check the same day if the contents of the parcel are in good condition or not and if they are not in good condition, then after us talk to the parcel delivery company. We will send a parcel delivery company to retrieve the parcel as soon as possible and give you another the same with the possibility of having different times or days between the retrieval and the delivery. If the product arrives in good condition, but you wish to return it, you must send it to the following address:

  For destinations outside of Spain where we send our packages with Correos, once the package has arrived in the country of destination, we will not be responsible if the package disappears or it is damaged or it is returned to Spain.

3.- We are working together with the company Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S.A. (State Post Office and Telegraph Society, S.A.)and with the company Someva, S.L. (which is the Spanish parcel delivery company SEUR based in Valencia)

  * CORREOS:
  The State Post Office and Telegraph Society (Correos) is a state owned company with 100% public capital.
  Correos has covered all Spain for more than 300 years and has a vocation for public service.
  This is the leading company in the mailing sector of Spain concerning documents and non urgent merchandise.

  With Correos we deliver to the Canary Islands, Formentera, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, Andorra and the rest of the world, except for Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg, The United Kingdom, Holland and Italy.
  When selecting the type of delivery “Paquete Azul o Carta Certificada”, the cost of transport for the Canary Islands, Formentera, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra is a fixed price of 10 euros whatever you buy (no matter what articles they are and how many). For the rest of the types of deliveryand out of Spain and Andorra, this cost is calculated during the buying process based on Correos’ prices, taking into account the type of delivery, the weight and volume, the number of packets and the cost of recorded delivery.
  In order to know the price and terms of delivery of one or more articles that you want to buy you should add the desired products to the basket and click on “Shipping cost”. Then, each form of delivery and its price will appear, without adding the cost of delivery by Cash on Delivery, which costs 3 euros.

  * SEUR:
  Seur made its first deliveries between Madrid and Barcelona in 1942, thus becoming the first company of priority transport in Spain.
  Since then it has expanded in Spain and Portugal to become the leading company in priority transport in Spain.

  Our deliveries in Spain and Portugal, excepting the Canary Islands, Formentera, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores and Madeira, are made through Seur.
  We also deliver to France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg, United Kingdom, Holland and Italy through Seur.
  Choosing the method of delivery by Seur, the cost of transport for Spanish mainland and Portugal is 7 euros. For the Balearics is 8 euros.
  The cost of Cash on Delivery is 3 euros.
  Delivery cost with Seur for Europe:
    - Portugal (except Madeira and Azores): 7 euros (To Madeira and Azores we deliver with Correos)
    - France (except Corsica): 21 euros (Corsica: 39 euros)
    - Germany: 17 euros.
    - Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg and the United Kingdom: 26 euros.
    - Holland: 24 euros.
    - Italy (except Sicily and Sardinia): 24 euros (Sicily and Sardinia: 42 euros)

4.- Customs
  The delivery time of your order may be affected by Customs retentions in the case of delivery to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain.

  Customers who live in countries or communities with a special custom’s regime will be responsible to pay the import tax (customs) that may be applied on the products purchased here.
