The KIMMIDOLL brand was conceived from a long standing passion with elegant decorative gift and homewares items influenced by Eastern culture. The traditional Japanese Kokeshi doll is a perfect example of this simplistic Eastern beauty. The art of making Kokeshi dolls dates back to the 19th Centrury. They were originally hand crafted by peasant farmers to be given away as tokens of Love and Friendship.
